From May 29 to June 1, 2023, Leading was an active part of the organization of the ^16th Congress of The European Meningococcal and Haemophilus Disease Society (EMGM) - an important forum for collaboration between European meningococcal laboratories and infectious disease epidemiologists, organized by its namesake entity.

The scenic setting of the meeting was in charge of the "jewel of the Balkans" - Dubrovnik, Croatia - with the Hotel Dubrovnik Palace as the main venue and site of the Congress Dinner. On the other hand, the Karaka Panoramic Cruise made the event even more memorable.
