It was the 27th edition of a congress that usually brings together around 600 top leaders of hospital management, but which in Estoril reached a new level, exceeding the 1000 participants.

For the first time, there was an opening for the submission of academic and research papers, contributing to further enhance the programme. The programme already featured renowned keynote speakers: Jan-Philipp Beck, CEO of EIT Health; Nigel Edwards, Chief Executive of Nuffield Trust UK; Mark Pearson, Deputy Director of the OECD; and Prof. Nirav Shah of Stanford University.
