Sustentabilidade: utopia ou sobrevivência?

The sector met in Congress on October 14 and 15, 2022, at the Convento São Francisco in Coimbra.

The congress has returned with a wide-ranging debate on the uncertain times and problems facing the Restaurant, Hotel and Similar Industry. And also to project a future for the companies in a participatory way by decision-makers, businesspeople, academics and professionals.

As well as two plenary sessions and 12 parallel sessions, the meeting included various workshops promoted by the various partners, a dinner with a concert by the artist Dino d'Santiago and the presentation of awards to AHRESP members with more than 15 years' experience.
