How important is it to have management that puts "the heart on the right side"?

On October 11 and 12, 2024, the HORECA sector gathered at the Aveiro Exhibition Park for the AHRESP National Congress. This meeting addressed the strategic management and challenges that mark the present and future of the Restaurant, Hotel and Similar sectors. The objective was clear: to build a collective vision for the future of the companies, involving the various stakeholders and interested parties.

In addition to the opening, keynote and closing sessions, the Congress featured a diverse program aimed at creating a participatory environment and exchanging experiences. Workshops and parallel sessions, organized by different partners, provided moments of practical learning and in-depth discussion. The event also included a convivial dinner, the awarding of prizes to AHRESP members with more than 25 and 50 years of activity, and a Live Restaurant gastronomic session, which brought a playful and experimental dimension to the meeting.
