Extraordinary skills and talents are closely monitored

Under the motto "Gifts and Talents - Values for the Future", 31 August to 2 September was filled by the 17th European Council for High Ability (ECHA) online conference.

This important 3-day meeting, organised by ECHA , in partnership with the Portuguese Association for Gifted Children (APCS) and the Paula Frassinetti School of Education, was marked by conversations and moments of sharing on innovative models of action and new forms of intervention in the education of highly gifted young people.

One of the brilliant minds present at the event, Howard Gardner, addressed the role of innovation and creativity in making the best use of the capabilities of the human mind.
