Nobody's health should be left behind!

The 2nd edition of the UNITE Global Summit, a major #FlagshipEvent to promote a more just, equitable global health ecosystem that can ensure health and well-being for all, took place from December 6-8, 2021.  

The UNITE platform connects stakeholders with political leaders and through the summit seeks to present solutions in the face of current and future pandemics, and how they affect the most vulnerable in our societies.

During the 3 days of the Summit, the main priorities in the areas of infectious diseases were addressed, namely: HIV, SDGs, Drug Policy, vaccination, Antimicrobial Resistance, Covid-19, among others. All central themes with responses on three topics: #BuildingBackBetterourCommunities, #Science&#Innovation: Hope for an Equitable Future and #RethinkingGlobalHealth & #Multilateralism.
